Every year, I build a gingerbread house usually with a kit. Building a gingerbread house is still one of the most enduring holiday traditions. But, let’s face it, putting together a gingerbread house is very time-consuming and messy. Even using a kit requires time and effort from handling the royal icing, sugary candies and cookies.
